Finding Faith After Religion

 This week I was lucky enough to be featured on Aquila Style with my own conversion story. I decided to share this as I really struggled after my conversion and I hoped, Inshallah, that it would do some good for other ladies to read this and realise they are not alone in this! I have always found it frustrating that there is an unrealistic pressure on new Muslims to automatically be “happy” in their new faith. This isn’t something that happens over  night and whatever the reason for converting, you will find the right path in the end Inshallah, however long it takes or whatever road you have to take to get there.
